We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. During major sales or holiday events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
What is your return policy for precut fabrics and notions?
We accept returns on unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that cut-to-size yardage and digital patterns are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping for quilting supplies?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package.
How can I track my order status?

Are the fabric colors on my screen accurate to the real product?
While we strive for color accuracy in our product photography, please be aware that different monitors and mobile screens may display colors slightly differently.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
