At Missouri Star, we want you to love your quilting supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Cut fabric and patterns are generally non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or your own postage, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
